Mr. Asbury is a Wharton/UPenn grad who authored this law review article in an attempt to help reduce drug and alcohol-related crime. This article proposes a new constitutional framework around which defendants charged with drug and alcohol-related crimes may be remanded to faith-based rehabilitation programs to get help for the underlying drug and alcohol-related problem.
